BRIEF HISTORY

PT. PRIMA JAVA KREASI (“PJK”) and the brand Big Daddy was incorporated in February 2010 to the aspiration of its shareholders to improve the infrastructure and image of Indonesia’s entertainment industry. Having lived abroad at some point of their lives, the shareholders felt that Indonesia is not only lacking in the variety & availability of quality entertainment but also in the infrastructure such as non existent ticketing system, widespread fraud and lack of venue.

The Big Daddy Entertainment Group currently consists of:

• Big Daddy Family Entertainment – Promoter of family shows including Disney on Ice and Disney Live.
• Big Daddy Live Concerts – Concert promoter for both International and Local artists.
• Big Daddy Productions – Producer / Arranger of Shows & Events, such as Belawan Tour to the U.S.
• BD Next – Promoter of Other types of Events, such as Highland Gathering and Oktoberfest.
• Big Daddy Media – Agency of Promotional Billboards in Jakarta.
• Big Daddy Venue Management – Management of Venues in Jakarta and Greater Jakarta area.
• MyTicket Indonesia – Ticketing Solutions and Access Control.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATION AND PARTNERSHIP

Big Daddy Entertainment Group has been granted with the following licenses:

• Show / Concert Promoter,
• MICE,
• Production House,
• Licensee of SABO Ticketing System,
• Agency partner for up to 600 Billboards in Jakarta,
• 7 years Exclusive Promoter of Disney on Ice (“DOI”) (2010-2016),
